Age-Based Social & Support Groups

We offer social programs designed to connect individuals with Down syndrome and their families based on age group.


Safety Initiatives

Keeping our community safe is a priority. Our safety programs provide tools and resources to protect individuals with Down syndrome at home and in the community.


Health & Safety Programs

Our Health & Safety initiatives focus on providing life-saving skills and wellness programs for individuals with Down syndrome and their families.

  • Swim Program – Water safety & swim lessons tailored for children and adults with Down syndrome.

  • CPR Classes – Training sessions for families and caregivers to respond to emergencies.

Support & Outreach

We understand that support goes beyond programs. Our community-based initiatives are designed to provide emotional and practical assistance for families.

  • Super Sibs (Siblings Group) – A support network for siblings of individuals with Down syndrome.

  • Parent Night Out – Social events giving parents time to relax and connect.

  • Sunshine Committee – Emotional & financial support for families in need, including new & expectant parents.
