A Social & Life Enrichment Group for Adults with Down Syndrome

Welcome to Carolina 321! This group is designed specifically for adults with Down syndrome (ages 21+), providing opportunities for social connection, community outings, and life enrichment activities.

Our goal is to create an inclusive space where adults with Down syndrome can build friendships, develop independence, and have fun! Whether it’s a night out, a skills workshop, or a volunteer opportunity, the 321 Group is all about community and connection!

What We Offer

We plan engaging and meaningful activities that allow our members to socialize, develop new skills, and gain independence.

  • Social Gatherings & Outings – Bowling nights, movie outings, game nights, and more!

  • Creative & Life Skills Workshops – Art classes, cooking lessons, and hands-on learning.

  • Community Engagement – Volunteering opportunities and social advocacy events.
